119 students enroll and we employ one suitable teacher to manage lesson planning and supervision of the school. He works locally at the primary school so knows the children well. He will work part time. Second interviews are held whereby 2 selected recruits display their skills to not only the Sangkheum staff, but their potential students. It is difficult to choose between them and a third potential teacher applies too. Unable to decide we take on all three.
There is still a long way to go, but we are, at last, making progress. We have recruited on a part time basis a technical advisor (Jay) to ensure relevant expertise to get the school running.
